Cancellation PolicyTerms and conditions:
All bookings must be made in advance, payment must be made in full at the time of arrival, a valid credit card is required for all bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival, and a minimum stay of one nights is required.

Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of arrival, however 50% deposited is required up-on confirmed booking and is non-refundable.

Refund policy:
The refund policy for KNN Resort bookings is as follows: full refunds are given for bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be issued if cancellations are made more than 48 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to total booking amount.
